The Metropolitian youth Symphony is an excellent organization to develop your childs playing. The MYS is a youth Orchestra and Band with different levels of difficulty to match your child's skill level. Auditions are held semi anually, for more information call (503)239-4566 in Portland and 1-(888)-PLAY-MYS outside of Portland. The Portland Youth Philharmonic is an excellent organization to develop your childs playing. The PYP is a youth symphony and offers different levels to fit your childs skill level. Auditions are held semi anually, for more information call (503)223-5939.
Marylhurst College has been adding on new facilities and been building up their music department as well. There are concerts and workshops held frequently at Marylhurst and are of high quality. For more information click on the link to the left.

The Willamette Falls group is a nonprofit community orchestra sponsored by the Oregon City Community Schools. Their conductor is currently Nikolas Caoile. They present three classical concerts each year featuring outstanding guest soloists. Concerts are normally held at the historic Barclay School , 817 12th St. in Oregon City, Oregon.
Bravo is a performing group of various musicians that perform concerts through out the year.
